Don't Worry, Metal...You're Still Heavy – Ultra Duty Nylacron® Casters.

Sometimes, as heavy as loads may be within a production process, choices might be made to move them around by human hands, for whatever reason – be it process flow, organization, and/or up-close attention and inspection. We are always proud to put forth Nylacron® casters for ultra duty loads, since its unrivaled ergonomics reduce the necessary push force down to just 1%. A 40,000 LB load will then only require 400 pounds of push force.
Our partner in metal extrusion has just this need for their long and heavy extruded metal products – and we are always ready and proud to deliver. These are dual Nylacron® casters, both swivel and rigid, each with custom steel blue caster finish, dual Nylacron® wheels, and featuring top hat bushings we’ve employed for the large ball bearings handling this ultra duty load – these help allow for a smaller inner diameter for the ball bearing in relation to the diameter required for the axle.... manufactured, by the way, right here at Acorn in our full machine shop in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
